1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 90jjj platform and all its services. The definitions listed below are used throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 90jjj website, mobile interface, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on or attempting to register on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal account on 90jjj.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and other gaming activities available on the platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual fund balance linked to a user's account.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. Using the platform means you confirm that you have understood these terms and agree to abide by them.

2 Account Registration

To enjoy services on the 90jjj platform, a user must create a valid account. The following conditions apply at the time of account registration:

2.1 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, address, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. In case of a violation of this rule, all associated accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details — username and password — secure. Account details must not be shared with any third party. In the event of unauthorized access to the account, our support team must be notified immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

90jjj may request relevant documents for identity verification at any time. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be mandatory for withdrawal requests or when suspicious activity is identified.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on the 90jjj platform:

• The user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• The user must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• The IP address from which the platform is being accessed must not be from a restricted region.
• The user must confirm that they are of sound mind and are using the platform voluntarily.
• The platform may not be used from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

If 90jjj identifies an account belonging to a minor, it reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all associated funds.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum amount for depositing funds on the 90jjj platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods for deposits are:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank Transfer (various banks including Dutch-Bangla, City, BRAC, Islami, Sonali Bank)

After a deposit transaction is successfully verified, funds are generally added to the account within a few minutes. 90jjj does not charge any additional fee on deposit transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• Account identity verification must be completed before withdrawal.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing any bonus funds.
• At least one bet must be placed after the deposit.
• Anti-money laundering policies must be followed.

4.4 Grounds for Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected for the following reasons: KYC not completed, bonus conditions not met, suspicious activity identified on the account, or an issue from the payment provider's side.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

90jjj offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total amount of the deposit and bonus combined must be wagered 20 times (20x).

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of applicable games will be specified with each bonus.
• The maximum bet amount per wager may be limited while a bonus is active.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• A bonus offer is valid only within its specified validity period.
• Bonuses obtained by exploiting system errors or bugs will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The 90jjj VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's regular activity and contribution. 90jjj reserves the right to change or modify VIP benefits at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses, engage in arbitrage betting, or circumvent bonus conditions may result in bonus cancellation and account closure. If 90jjj identifies misuse of bonus funds, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Gaming Policy and Fair Play

6.1 Commitment to Integrity

All games on the 90jjj platform are conducted fairly and transparently. We adhere to SSL encryption and fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated on each game's page. 90jjj reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Transaction Finality

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If any transaction is affected by a technical error, 90jjj will make a decision subject to investigation, and that decision will be considered final.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled, the bet is generally refunded.
• If a bet is placed on odds based on incorrect or false information, 90jjj reserves the right to void that bet.
• In the event of match-fixing or any other misconduct, the associated bet will be cancelled.
• If a technical issue arises during a live betting decision, 90jjj reserves the right to review that bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90jjj platform and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of minors.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using bots, automated software, or any technical method.
• Engaging in collusion or arranged betting with other users.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or carrying out hacking attempts.
• Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information about the platform or other users.
• Making direct deposits from a credit card or playing with borrowed money.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 90jjj

90jjj reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In case of a breach of terms and conditions.
• If identity verification fails.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

8.2 Closure by User

A user may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Under responsible gaming, an account can be temporarily or permanently closed through a self-exclusion process.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If no transactions have been made for 12 (twelve) months or more, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month may apply to inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 90jjj platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, videos, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 90jjj or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable law.

• The user may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content from the platform is prohibited.
• The 90jjj logo or trademarks may not be used without written permission.

Third-party games or content are protected under the intellectual property policies of their respective providers.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 90jjj will not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Financial losses arising from the user's own negligence or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
• Issues caused by faults in third-party software or services.
• Losses resulting from account login credentials falling into the hands of others.
• Psychological, social, or financial consequences arising from gambling.
